Nutec-key is a Chemical Mix
That can be
applied to any pre-cast wall with a Tyrolean machine to prevent
de-lamination of plaster. After Nutec-key application, the wall can be plastered with a 20mm Standard Plaster Mix to cover Pre-cast Panels or 40mm Flush Plaster Mix covering posts to create a ”flush” wall. It can also just be applied to prevent pre-cast walls from degrading,
especially at coastal areas where rust causes panels and posts to crack.
Nutec-key Polystyrene Copings and Caps
Also treated with Nutec-key
and the product range can be used as wall finishes after plastering. If
preferred, the copings can also be plastered after treating it with Nutec-key.
Nutec Polystyrene Glue
A specialized adhesive developed to apply
polystyrene to concrete. The Copings and Caps are glued onto the wall and
because of its light weight many different profiling options are available. After the Copings and Caps are glued onto the wall the are treated with Nutec-key with hardens them to resemble a cement look. Nutec-Walls offer a 2 year guarantee on all work.
